Super fresh ice cream and the choice to decide the base (dough, fudge, and more), what else could we ask for? Batter, a cute ice cream parlour on St. Mary's Road in Alwarpet, lets you do that. The flavours are amazing, ranging from Classic Strawberry to Belgian Chocolate. But, the classic flavours are not the only thing we love about this place.
With pink and green windows and a vintage bell, Batter is a compact, cute place to go on a date or just get ice cream with friends. But you can also enjoy their ice creams at home by placing orders via Swiggy & Zomato (they deliver them in glass jars). We tried the White Chocolate Maltova Crumble and loved how the flavour wasn’t extremely sweet and tasted very different from our regular white chocolate. Don’t forget to try the Half Baked Brownie Batter - you will love the doughy flavour.
Try the Smashed Mint and Lime Sorbet if you like a little zing in your desserts! The Salted Caramel Butterscotch is super creamy and a must-have. Is peanut butter bae? Try the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough for some peanutty goodness. Top that off with some roasted almonds, or any topping of your choice for INR 40. They have a flavour of the month too, so watch out for that.
