One needs to pre-book to attend classes and each class lasts for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Be it dance or pilates, this studio can help you get those 2019 fitness goals with ease. The idea here is to focus on a holistic approach that includes both dance and Pilates. You also have trainers for strength and conditioning and yoga, at this studio. The best part about the studio is that they also operate as a mobile studio, so if you’ve got some space at home and a bunch of interested friends, they can have trainers sent to your location! How cool is that?

The instructor takes each participant through different stages that is effective to both the body and mind. They have special classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels.

Learn the art of strength and balance at Little Green Studio in Anna Nagar. Besides regular Zumba classes, they also organsie pilates that will be taught by certified instructors. The other advantage here is that you can either choose to do pilates with a group or get personal training. They also have other activities like yoga, aerobics, Zumba. They also have special classes for women on weekdays and unisex classes on weekends.
