Along with chic interiors and a cosy ambience, this Teynampet restaurant also offers the best dishes from different Indian states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Bengal, and Delhi, all under one roof!
While they also serve thalis, we opted for the à la carte menu and started with their dabeli. A melody of flavours and pretty presentation won our heart. Bengali food lovers can opt for their thali option that comes with luchis, kosha mangsho, cholar dal, alu poshto, and begum bhaja. Meat-lovers, Bharat Bistro has quite a line-up for you offering dishes like keema pav (our fave), Mustard Steamed Sea Bass, Rawas Rava Fry and lots of kebabs.
Their rice dishes also caught our attention, and we ended up trying their Badam Malai Chicken Pulao. Rich in flavour, fragrant and cooked to perfection - we totally fell for this one. There's lamb biriyani too. And don't forget to try dessert as Bharat Bistro has Santrani Kheer, Rabdi, Gulab Jamun Cheese Cake with rose ice cream and even Goan Bebinca! Whaaaatt!
