Subika moved to Chennai after leaving her job in Bangalore when she decided to become her own boss. Since last July she’s been baking up quite the storm. We’re loving the new flavours and combinations Bisous Gourmet has to offer — 11 kinds including special flavours depending on the festival season!
In French, bisous means ‘kisses’ and just one bite of these brownies will make you feel all loved up. You’ll understand once you get your hands on the delicious goodies that Subika works on, the creations that she concocts and packages up really nicely. There are some familiar flavours on the menu, but also some really interesting ones like the Old Monk Brownie, which is basically rum infused brownies — the perfect combo!
Don’t worry, if you’re not a fan of Old Monk (how could you not be?!) or you don’t drink alcohol, you get to choose from ten other great flavours like the Salted Caramel, Coffee, Nutella, Peanut Butter and some really interesting flavours like Coconut, Dulce de Leche, Sea Salt Almond and the signature brownie — Caramelised White Chocolate. And for you, health-conscious folk, don’t worry Bisous has a solution. You can get two special flavours (Oats & Peanut and Whey Protein) that are made without sugar, flour or butter.
