If there is one festival in the country that encourages and promotes short filmmakers, it is Chennai International Short Film Festival. The ongoing festival sees short and long stories with different themes and made by filmmakers from across the country.
In its sixth edition, the festival has seen more than 1200 entries from over 60 countries. The festival is for seven days. It is not just about showcasing movies but is also about a celebrity panel discussion on topics like direction, acting, scripting, production, and designing.
