As one of the four National Depository Libraries in the country, the Connemara Public Library receives a copy of every book, newspaper and periodicals that are published in the country. It’s also one of the oldest libraries having been established in 1896! The building itself is worth the visit and they have a large collection of books, text books and a reference room.
