What Makes It Awesome
From silk to cotton this label works with all fabrics. D’Tailor customises and tailors clothes from scratch while also offering a whole range of ethnic wear for women, either semi-stitched or ready made. They launched in 2014 and have been experimenting with indo-ethnic designs ever since.
They keep a variety of blouses too. We loved D’tailors blouses that overlap at the back. The designs are all very ethnic and chic. We also drooled over their backless and laced back blouses. We absolutely loved their beige blouse with a golden collar and bordered sleeves. The blouse had a beautiful beige lace pattern covering the back which was just the right touch of business in front and party at the back ;).
They have a colossal collection of sarees and patialas. D’tailor designs very simple yet elegant sarees that will catch the spotlight at any gathering. Their sarees are mostly in primary pasteles with bold patterns. Their collection of salwar suits are also very hep. What stole the show for us was their lehenga collection. The skirts were paired with long kurtis and the ensemble looks like a sharara. We just loved it and we can’t wait to head back to top up our ethnic wardrobe.
