Get Cute, Artsy Décor At Thise ECR Store For As Low As INR 100
From African-origin masks to Sri Lankan artifacts, tribal wall hangings, Buddha statues of all sizes to door decorations and even frog decor pieces, there is nothing you won’t find at D’hut!
What looks like a tiny shop, D’hut actually extends into a two-storey building full of decor made with such intricate detail, we spent hours in here, bewitched by the pieces. We had to begin with their cute Buddha statues. Available in various colors like orange, red, green and blue, these bronze Buddhas instantly give out peaceful vibes and we couldn’t help but take back one home. The tiny ones are priced at 300, while the biggest of this lot are INR 700. Do request the akkas to take you to their last floor, for that’s where the real treasure is.
You can find different Buddha avatars, including laughing Buddha statues and wall hangings, starting at INR 400.
Next, we found mystical Dream Catchers starting at just INR 100. The three layered ones with plenty of feathers are priced at INR 500. A lot of the dream catchers here have a tribal-esque style that come in black as well as bright colours like pink and blue.
Oh, and then there are thousands of bronze and wooden bells here! If you ever visited Tibetan markets and couldn’t get one of those large bells back, D’hut has got you covered. Most of the Pahadi souvenirs are available here too. And the bells starting at INR 200 per set, are rustic and available in plenty of varieties. Also, their fridge magnets and other parrot designs too come under the budget of INR 250.
More than just decor
D’hut doesn’t stop at simple and artistic pieces for your house, but they also have quite a few quirky goodies. Like the surf board-style clocks with Jack Daniel, Bob Marley and Monster prints that are quite a sight. Also the boat-shaped shelves are perfect corner pieces, starting at INR 1200.
We were also very much intrigued by their African masks and Sri Lankan face wall hangings. The really tiny ones are available for around INR 50, but most of the big masks start at INR 1,000 but are worth it, for the fascinating detailing they come with.
You can also find golden and glittery palace-style mirrors and other artifacts for your home.
Though most prices are tagged on the products, don’t forget to get yourself a good bargain, especially when you’re picking up more than just two pieces. We managed to get some pretty products for a discount of almost INR 250!
