Homage to the king of fruits - Aamlicious festival at Rakdhani

I am a hardcore carnivore but one makes an exception and cannot ignore the call of the king of fruit and go completely vegetarian. The aam festival is back on at Rajdhani. With dishes made with mango as part of it's ingredient, this is an ideal time for mango lovers.

The dishes we tasted are given on a rotational basis with each day having one or two of the mango based dishes included in their regular mammoth thali. 32 items in all !

I was so stuffed that I am not having me dinner either. Please go with an empty stomach to do justice to the food.
