What Makes It Awesome
If you’re looking for a few quick bites like cutlets, vada pav, samosas and the like, this is the place to be. But wait, there’s something a little extra special here.
A must try at Indiska Magic is obviously their sizzling chaat and their different varieties of normal chaats too. There are Sizzling Pav Bhaji and Sizzling Cheese Pav Bhaji which are served on a sizzler base which gives the classic pav bhaji a modern twist. They also have sizzling tawa pulao, tawa aloo, tawa panner and tawa mutter kulcha.
The most unique variety of chaat here is the Gulla Chaat which is a like a spicy version of rasgulla, a soft spongy base {almost like a dhokla} soaked in curd, brown tamarind chutney, and green pudina-chilli chutney.
They’re popular for their Dilli style Chole Bhature and Sabudana Vada so make sure you check them out if you’re a fan and cool off with the Kala Khatta and Kacha Aam drinks.
Coming to the sweets, try the Baklava called Osh-e-Bulbul which literally translates to a Bulbul’s nest. We were told that a chef from Egypt makes each of these along with several other varieties of Italian, Turkish, Kuwaiti and Saudi sweets so we’re guessing they’re all as authentic as they can get.
There’s just so much to choose from so the next time you’re on Harrington Road, don’t forget to stop by.
