You may have to wait a bit because these beautiful Olive Ridley mommies come to nest on Chennai shores between January and April only. You’d get to look for turtle eggs, and relocate them to safe places and 45 days later you even get to see them off safely back in to the sea! The walks start late at night around 11pm at Neelankarai and end at Besant Nagar around 4-5am. So, find out more here if you are seriously interested about Chennai’s fascinating marine life!
