That’s right, the swimming pool is located right by the sea which makes it a great spot to enjoy an early morning swim. This is a 100-feet long pool — twice the size of a standard Olympic swimming pool — and was built in 1947 and is maintained by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu. Because of the size of the pool, the shallow and deep ends are easy to navigate depending on your level of comfort. It’s a very popular spot, so get there early to claim your place.
