We’ve raved about how much we love this artisanal cheese brand here and now we love them even more for bringing us three new kinds of cheeses we can sink our teeth into. Say hello to Käse. Or should we say cheese? Head to your nearest Old Madras Baking Company outlet and try them all! What to expect? Well the first one is a Gouda style cheese with cracked Malabar peppercorns { hello there, south Indian touch!}, which would work great for a grilled cheese sandwich apparently. There’s also Pickled Feta { oh glorious Feta!} with roasted red peppers, oregano and zingy capers {Käse suggests we pair it with the sourdough bread from OMBC}. And lastly the 4-week aged Buffalo Mozzarella slices with herbs on the crust that’ll go perfectly with your salad or pizza.
