Forum Purple Run

What’s Happening?

If you are a runner or always wanted to run for a cause, then we’ve got the right run for you -- The Forum Purple Run, on 28 September. The 5KM run is an initiative by Forum to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s and if you are wondering why the run is called the Purple Run, it’s because purple is the colour associated with Alzheimer’s. The run is also to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s so that everyone can detect the early symptoms and find the right treatment. Of course, apart from creating awareness and sensitivity to the cause, the fun run is open to anyone, so gather your family and friends, and make sure that everyone runs for this cause, starting at Olcott Memorial High School. Make sure you register fast if you haven’t already, as the last date for registration is Wednesday, September 25.

How’s The Venue?

The 5KM run will happen at Olcott Memorial High School, Besant Nagar, where Besant Gardens is located.
