They do not require formalities like submitting a membership, identity card or details through registration. Just head to the beach and immerse in the pages of a book undisturbed by activities that take place post 9 at the beach. This reading community at Gandhi Mandapam is a place where book lovers can come to relax every Sunday from 4 pm to 6 pm.
