Soul Soufflé, started by Aksha, is a perfect option for all those chanting the lets-get-healthy mantra. The subscription-based delivery service offers what's called the Soul Box that comes with a smoothie, an energy bar and either a salad or a sandwich. Sounds filling isn't it? And what we are most thrilled about is that each of these come in more than 20 variations.

Their smoothies come in unusual flavours like papaya-orange, beetroot-carrot and ginger, mango-kale, etc. While we tried the banana-blueberry smoothie, their thick and perfectly blend peanut butter-dark chocolate won hands down. Expect uncommon salad combinations and dressings when you open your Soul Box. We had their Soba noodles with mixed greens, veggies in fresh organic pesto, grilled tofu and roasted sesame seeds. The salad portion was filling and we give a special thumbs up to the freshly prepared pesto dressing.

We also recommend their Mexican salad that comes with an avocado cilantro dressing and their Green salad that has an Indian touch to it with a turmeric and mustard dressing. For those who need a snack in the evening, try their energy bar, that comes in three different flavours - peanut butter and dark chocolate, cashew and ginger and fig and almond. 

The website doesn't list the entire menu and the food is prepared based on the availability of seasonal fruits and vegetables. So expect the unexpected when you open that box, you never know what's on the menu.
