The Great Kabab Factory at Radisson Blu has a new menu that’s all about relishing the food the queens of India ate (while slaying, obviously) and experiencing flavour explosions. The menu includes kadaknath murgha tikka, a tikka made from blackened chicken meat (from Jhansi in Madhya Pradesh) and Shufta, a dry fruit halwa served in the royal courts of queen Didda of Kashmir. Feast on Ker Sangri and Bundeli Gosht, too. The best part about this new menu is that a few staff members will be dressed as queens and there’s a photo booth to take some amazing pictures. Women, you can avail discounts and special offers on Wednesdays! This special menu will be served all through November, so hurry!
