The movie also stars Kamal Hassan and Srividya. With all the characters in the film intertwined and stellar storytelling, this movie delivers some outstanding performances, making it a treat to watch.

A remake of the Hindi film Golmaal, Rajinikanth had to shave his moustache for this film, also making it the first film which featured him without a moustache.
