What Makes It Awesome

Twisty Tails in Alwarpet is housed in a restored 50-year-old bungalow and lets you enjoy your food in the company of The concept? Enjoy your meal with the cutest doggos at the cafe! We ruff this!

With around sixteen fur friends, Twisty Tails is a little doggie wonderland and we love how bright and happy this space feels. Even the people who are not used to being around dogs will feel comfortable here, for, they are very obedient and totally harmless. The bright blue and teapure veg, l walls with checkered floor tiles and dog portraits all around create a chic ambience. You’ll even be greeted by the sixteen, adorable resident Havanese cuddle pups. Open to foodies, dog lovers and parents, Twisty Tales promises to be a happy space for all with the bonus of occasional licks and love from the four-legged friends this place already has. As for the food, expect a multi-cuisine menu. Humans can dig into North Indian, Tandoori, Asian and continental food while your pets get a menu of their own. For pet parents, it will cost around INR 1,000 for two people.

Twisty Tales is converted into three key areas — on the ground floor, there’s an exclusive Puppy Love space dedicated to anyone who wants to have some snuggle time with the resident pooches (perfect if you’ve never had a pup of your own and always wanted to get in on some lovin’). The Resto-Café is where pet parents or non-pet parents can grab some grub. Sure there are some cafes in the city that are pet-friendly (check out our list here), but there are not many that have an exclusive space and menu for your fur babies.  Head on down and spread some puppy love, peeps!

Pro-Tip

Twisty Tails is a three-storey cafe and they let out their 1st and 2nd floors for parties and other events. First floor can hold upto 100 people whereas the second floor can hold upto 60 people. Price quotations will be revealed on requests.
