I recently visited the land of medu vadas and dosas for a short visit. My host there took me out to eat vada pav. I was pleasantly surprised to see pipping hot vada pavs been made in the Rajasthani heartland of Chennai, Sowcarpeth.
Taste-wise, they were at par with the vadas we get in Pune and Mumbai, it was a revelation.
