Another resort closer to home, Fisherman’s Cove is a little more expensive than the others listed here. But it’s still a great spot for a getaway and you get to enjoy the beach, open garden spaces as well as comfortable rooms. Keep your pet close, though, because it’s important not to let them run too far when so close to the water.
