Obviously as a school of swimming, they offer mostly coaching services and they have classes throughout the day. But if you’re already a comfortable swimmer and just want to get an hour in before your day, you can do that as well. Just remember that you’ll be sharing the space with others learning how to swim. They even have a branch in Porur if travelling to Nungambakkam might be difficult.
