In pasta you believe? I do too! Especially freshly baked pasta made with love and a whole lot of cheese! That's how I felt about lasagna from Flos Kitchen. Owing to her love for cooking, especially Italian food, and lockdown boredom, Florentina Cecelia Raphael, a psychology student started Flos Kitchen in October 2020 to deliver hearty lasagnas, and there has been no going back since. Not only is it great that she sources everything locally (the basil, the pepper), but she can also make her own lasagna sheets upon request (something she learnt from her dad).
What's on offer? It's simple but so decadent. Nine layered lasagna with each layer separated by a creamy, bechamel sauce, a lovely red sauce (has paneer), and veggies or meat (both options are available). Her sauce is what sets her apart which she says takes about 10 solid hours to make (and she does this every alternate day, all by herself). Their vegetarian lasagna is priced at INR 439 and serves two; chicken is priced at INR 449. You can get bacon added too for an extra cost.
The coolest part - you can also send your own baking tray to Flos if you're hosting a party or simply because you can and they will send the lasagna in it. You can also get mutton and beef lasagna upon special request. Since everything is made to order and requires a lot of prepping, you need to place your order at least a day in advance. You can place your order via IG and get it delivered via Dunzo or Swiggy.
