T.T.K. Road in Alwarpet has numerous hidden gems when it comes to women’s fashion. Lux 214-Haute Couture is one of them. We loved the edgy look of this cute, tiny store right from outside. As we walked in, we saw a classy range of women’s western wear and some accessories that stole our heart right away. Run by Lakshmi Krishnaswamy, this label designs and stitches all its pieces in-house and has been around for the last eight years.
Flowy sequin dresses, sharp metallic dresses, cotton dresses, off-shoulder tops, pencil skirts, netted skirts, shirts with tropical prints, beachwear maxis and more - you can find them all here. What we love the most about Lux 214-Haute Couture is that their collection is well-curated, making you want to buy almost everything. We loved their multi-colour knee-length skirt and beige layered-maxi the most. Their dresses are priced starting INR 3000 and tops start from INR 1000.
