Water You Saying, Mate?
We first spotted these near gate no. 6 of the Barakhamba Metro station, and have been in love ever since. Technology that neither works on power nor creates noise, this venture is co-founded by Mr Jatin Ahlawat and three of his co-directors, and works entirely on mecha-electronic system.
Approved by the Ministry of Tourism, these machines are all set to be installed at all metro stations in Delhi and NCR. Additionally, soon enough you will also find them at school gates, super markets, streets and train stations.
How Does It Work?
Equipped with a coin and bill slot, it provides 250 ml of water for INR 2 and a litre for INR 5. Completely safe and with 24 hours of UV sterilisation, {hopefully} say goodbye to unhygienic drinking water along with all its risks and hazards.
These come handy with bio-degradable paper cups and a waste paper bin to avoid not only the use of plastic cups, but to also prevent customers from littering.
