Air travel has made it easy to forget the chaos of the railway platform. But the chai and pakoda is something I will not forget. Thanks to Chaika, and their easy-to-make chai (no, really, you just need to add water!), the Platform Chai is now available to have at home. Same flavour, same fragrance, same extra sweetness and thankfully no station drama! I tried this one and loved it. A bit too sweet for my liking, adding a slice or sqeeze of lime really brought out the flavours.
