Make It A Night To Remember With Drinks & Dinner At This Stunning New Brasserie
What Makes It Awesome
Andrea's Bar & Brasserie is one of Khan Market's swankiest new restaurants launched by Andrea Pauro (the man behind Amici and Andrea's Eatery).
With royal blue walls, cushioned sofas and stunning paintings, this brasserie looks beautiful, but also super homely to let you enjoy a meal comfortably (it actually reminds us of a fancy house). Just FYI, plenty of photo ops here!
Coming to the food, this brasserie's menu is a mix of dishes from Italy, South East Asia, the Middle East and America. So, expect to find everything from Chicken Shish Taouk and Burrata to Lamb Massaman Curry and Pulled Pork Burger here.
On our visit, we tried the Katafi Prawns, Phad Samun Pai, Soft Tacos and Asian Vegetables & Tofu. Out of the lot, we loved the vermicelli crusted crispy prawns that come with ginger plum sauce. Surprisingly, we were also impressed by the Asian Vegetables & Tofu that came with crunchy broccoli (& we're not even big brocoli fans!), perfectly flavoured bell peppers and the lightest tofu chunks. Also, do try the Potato Rosti Zurichoise at ABB. It's a dish that we're hoping will soon become a crowd favourite (because hey, you can never go wrong with potato pancakes and creamy mushroom sauce).
We finished our meal at Andrea's B&B with a classic Chocolate Dome dessert (one for the 'gram) with flourless chocolate cake, callebaut ganache, almond crumble and gelato. Boy, did we wipe our plate clean with this one!
On the mocktails front, we recommend the Summer Is Back - Kaffir Lime because it's everything that you need in the 40 degrees Delhi heat.
What Could Be Better
As folks who love desserts, we wish ABB offered more than four dessert options (all the options they do have seemed amazing, though). We also weren't a big fan of the Star Anise & Kaffir Lime mocktail.
Also, they do not have their liquor license yet (but once they get one, we're pretty sure they'll be offering some of the meanest cocktails in town).
