After having a fairly slow 2020 with multiple restrictions in place, things are starting to get better and newer brands are setting up shop in the Capital. So, if you're in the mood for some fun dining experience around the city (keeping all safety protocols in mind, ofc) or simply wish to order from a different place and not just those routine places, read on. We've rounded up a list of some interesting new cafes and restaurants that have opened up in Delhi. Get. Set. Explore.

Disclaimer: While all the places mentioned are following strict WHO guidelines, it's crucial that we take our own precautions by practising social distancing and wearing masks while heading out.

Over Easy

Over Easy is the latest entrant in one of the trendiest food spaces in Delhi, Commons at DLF Avenue, Saket. Their offerings? Crispy, mouth-watering Toasties and delicious Soft Serve Sundays. Apart from your regular Avocado Toasts and Bruschettas, they also have options like Truffle Shrooms, The Cubano Jaffle Toast and more. For desserts, you can try out their Cookies & Cream Soft Serve Sunday or perhaps the Everything Chocolate Brioche Toast because they look heavenly.

Price: INR 160 onwards

Tartine

South Delhi folks, this adorable little sandwich place in Vasant Vihar is soon going to be our go-to place for sandwiches, tartines, salads and desserts too. We're positive. For Tartines, we're loving the Nutella and Orange option that has toasted hazelnuts, orange and Belgian chocolate chips. They have a few other non-sweet Tartines as well. Tartine's sandwich menu is segmented into light, croissant and vegan sandwiches. Again, a whole bunch of options ranging from a Cold Tuna Sandwich to an Upgraded Bombay Club Sandwich.

Price: INR 75 onwards

Timings: They offer pick-up and delivery between 9 am to 9 pm, Monday to Sunday.

Miss Pinto

We're predicting that the very chic and elegant Miss Pinto is soon going to be the hottest new place for date nights and drinks. It's the bar menu that's got us all excited with interesting spirit cocktails. Since its opening, it's been on full throttle on flavours with picturesque plates of salads, ducks, matcha cake and lots more.

Price: Cocktails start at INR 695, while the food menu at INR 195

Timings: 12 noon to 10 pm

Ping's Bia Hoi

With beer that's brewed daily and street food style Asian dishes that are comforting and delicious, we were glad Ping's made its way to Gurgaon with Ping's Bia Hoi, a Vietnamese beer garden that's the perfect place for a night out with friends or a casual date night when all you need is good food, good beer and good company (obviously get their cream cheese dimsums.)

Price: INR 195 onwards

Timings: 12 noon to 10 pm

Habitat Hub

While our hearts still feel a bit broken over the OG All American Diner being shut down, Habitat Hub that's opened up in its place has retained a similar vibe, with a more blue-white colour scheme than the retro red we'd gotten used to. Don't worry too much, the menu is still pretty similar with all the breakfast offerings like pancakes, waffles and eggs. For their lunch and dinner menu, it's an expanded version with more options for pastas, burgers and even Mexican and Mediterranean dishes.

PS: They also serve alcohol from 11 am.

Price: INR 120 onwards

Timings: 8 am to 10 pm

Pro-Tip

We've also got 5 new delivery places you'll love ordering in from, whether you're craving pizza, burger or Indian.
