Lowdown On The Ambience

The decor takes you back to a New York restaurant. It’s chic, sophisticated, plush and luxurious. The ground floor comprises the lounge where you can sit back and relax with a cocktail and the first floor is where you do some serious dining.

What's On The Menu?

The menu is all about chef Michael Swamy’s take on Latin American cuisine. What I loved was that every dish comes with a different story and concept. Like the Earth Salad which aims to replicate the earth with all its rocks and soil. The presentation is spectacular- at par with biggies like Indian Accent.

The menu’s got all the details but the staff still presents the dishes to you complete with its anecdote.

Must Order: Carrot Ceviche, polenta with a mix of different kinds of mushrooms.

Nueva is a stunner of a restaurant which has managed to get its menu completely on point. They’ve adapted the recipes to also suit vegetarians and the whole experience is nothing short of beautiful.
