If like us, you too have been missing Yeti at Hauz Khas Village, let us reassure you, you can still feast on the much loved Tibetan and Nepalese delights. We recently came across a white board in place of our beloved Yeti with Tibetan flags and a colourful font, that says Lama Kitchen.
The location is the same, the view is the same and the menu is very similar. They're currently not serving thalis but we spotted our favourite cheesy Datchi, Shaptah and a myriad of dishes which had us drooling in nostalgia. Also, they've made minor modifications such as replacing platters with baskets and the like - nothing groundbreaking, and we're glad.
The only thing missing is a bar menu - they're currently not serving liquor. But here's hoping they start soon!
