A Khan Market favourite, this place has every right to be one! The music is great, the service is quick, and the food is impressive. Sure, it gets a little cramped on Friday evenings, but then who really minds that when you’re served stellar cocktails?

Winning For
Apart from the flavourful food and the heavenly cocktails, Harry’s also wins for its karaoke nights and match screenings that attract a lot of crowd.
The servers get extra points for being quick on their feet and extremely courteous at the same time.
Fight For Space
The ambience is pretty well-suited for perfect evening scenes, but space can be an issue if you’re a big group. They have an open area that overlooks the busy market, and the music adds to the overall feel {which is pretty awesome}. Wood is a major part of the place, and makes it look pretty cosy.
Well-Flavoured Wizardry
The menu offers some pretty impressive food and beverage options, and delivers each one of them in an interesting and delicious way. Did we mention that they give a free bowl of peanuts with their drinks?
We started with the Fisherman’s Basket {Calamari & Prawns, lemons, pepper, crispy batter and house remoulade} which was spiced and acidulated to perfection. Next up, we ordered the Harry’s Fish & Chips and the braised pork riblets; both of them held their own and were extremely delicious.
The citrus soy prawns won us over with their soy, lime juice and lemongrass rub, and went perfectly with the Eye Candy {a fresh watermelon martini mix which is a Harry’s original}. Mixing pineapple, Midori melon and white rum together to form a refreshing and potent drink, the Green Lantern {another Harry’s original} impressed us with its fruity taste. The Harry’s lamb-based jazz burger is also worth a try for its amazing flavour and tender meat.
If chocolate lava cakes are your thing, we also recommend you try out the drunken volcano cake, which is perfect for all your sweet cravings.
So, We’re Thinking…
Harry’s is an experience that doesn’t require a letter from Hogwarts and is definitely worth a shot! We highly recommend their Karaoke nights which are super fun. A perfect time to visit is in the evening, but you can do with giving it a skip on weekends, or call for a table in advance if you’re planning to.
