What Makes It Awesome

If you've seen the light of yoga and want to introduce your kids to it as well, check out Little Pretzels India. Their classes are designed to create happy little yogis. Plus it's a good way to get your kids to quiet down before bed or at any other time during the day. If you're a parent trying to decide the best way to nurture your little ones into being kind, patient, and considerate, signing them up for yoga classes with Little Pretzels India (the name almost makes us want to join in, ourselves!).

Started by two yogi sisters - Ashima and Jaya Raizada, the yoga company aims to create mindful, happy little yogis (little pretzels is what they call them!) through programmes that combine yoga, modern science, and a whole lot of fun. Though they have separate classes for different age groups (from 3 to 12 years), each class is interactive and has plenty of storytelling, games, and music along with asanas, pranayama, and meditation. Plus, their classes are interwoven with yogic principles like non-violence, honesty, and gratitude (so cute!).

All of Little Pretzel's classes have small sizes (a maximum of 10 little pretzels per class) so that they can focus on each child's needs. And while they don't have their own space, they do conduct workshops and classes online as well as at different venues in Bangalore based on demand, so keep a watch out for those on their social media handles.
