Gin Memory Lane At Big Brewsky

A connoisseur’s choice of tipple, there is something about gin that makes it oh-so-endearing. Gin's intricate flavours make it an extremely versatile alcohol which lends well to cocktail craft. It is this innate quality of gin which inspired Mixologist-in-Chief Karthik Kumar, and his band of merry {bar}men at the Big Brewsky Brewing Company to launch their 'Gin Revival'. A specially crafted menu for the occasion seeks to revisit, pay homage to and reinvent great gin cocktails from history. From the Bramble which was created by legendary British barkeep Dick Bradsell in the 80’s at Fred’s Club in Soho to the Bronx, a product of New York barman Johnny Solon’s inventive mind, the Gin Revival takes a trip through gin memory lane.
