The emoji menu

Well now this is not an ordinary restaurant . Well I went to Gaggan in Bangkok a michillen two star restaurant. It was my first experience of a michillen star restaurant. Well I had gone here with my brother . It was booked 3 months in advance. It's a sit down tasting menu of 28 courses. It started with a few cleansers. The main concept of the restaurant is gourmet Indian and Asian food . Most of the dishes are supposed to be finished in a bite or two. Before each dish is handed out to you the chef would come and explain about the dish . Also since this is the emoji menu you won't know what you are getting after that you would have to guess what are the ingredients of each dish . Well the suspense and games do work well as in the end you won't probably get it right unless you are culinary expert. Hiss yogurt cleanser is something which I have seen in the past year which many restaurants are trying in Chennai but aren't able to get it to the point. The idea of being free willed spirit is done in one of the courses the way to enjoy it would be the Indian style of licking the plate. Well if you are ever in Bangkok make sure you book this in Advance as this one of best Indian michillen star restaurants in the world.
