Once we entered we asked the manager for suggestions and the first item he suggested was the underbaked cake with salted caramel ice cream. And with every bite, we kept wanting for more, much more!
I am not usually fond of chocolates or any of the Indian sweets, but now every time I visit this city I don't leave without parceling at least 3-4 underbaked cakes. It's actually become somewhat of a ritual, whoever's traveling back from Chennai has to taste this underbaked cake.
